🌟 The Flow Formula™️: Aligning with the Days of the Week
The astrology has been heavy lately — power struggles, old wounds resurfacing, and the deep pull of a Scorpio Full Moon on the horizon. When everything feels heightened, it’s easy to spin out or get stuck in reaction. That’s why the Flow Formula is so helpful right now.

Since the Taurus New Moon, the skies have been anything but still. There haven't been any major shifts, but there have been a few transits that are being FELT.
Mars and Pluto faced off, stirring power struggles and forcing hidden tensions to the surface. Now, Mercury and Chiron are connecting in Aries — putting words to old wounds and making vulnerable conversations feel both inevitable and uncomfortable.
And ahead? A potent Scorpio Full Moon on Monday, ready to excavate even deeper layers of emotion, fear, and desire for transformation. (Don't worry, a full report will hit your inbox Monday).
In short → it’s a lot.
When cosmic weather gets intense, it’s easy to feel ungrounded.
But that’s where the Flow Formula™️ becomes your anchor.
By tuning into the natural rhythm of the days — and aligning your focus with the planetary energy available — you create simple touchpoints of stability.
You don’t have to solve everything at once.
You just have to show up to today’s energy with care and presence.
This is about moving with the current, not fighting it.
Small, aligned actions → greater internal steadiness → more empowered responses to whatever life (and the cosmos) brings.
Let’s explore how to work with each day of the week, so you can feel supported no matter what’s swirling around you.
🌟 The Flow Formula™️: Aligning with the Days of the Week
Ever feel like some days you're ready to take on the world... and others you just want to curl up and stay home?
That’s not random — it’s rhythm.
Each day of the week is ruled by a planet, and by aligning with those planetary energies, you can flow with the universe instead of against it.
This is your personal planner, astrologically optimized.
Think: less hustle, more harmony.
✨ The Planetary Days Cheat Sheet
Each day of the week carries a unique vibe, shaped by the planet that rules it.
By syncing your activities with these natural energies, you can move through the week with more ease, purpose, and flow.
Below is your quick guide to which planet rules each day, the signs connected to it, and the keywords that capture its essence — so you know when to rest, act, connect, or dream.

Why do some days have two signs?
In traditional astrology, each planet rules over one or two zodiac signs based on its nature and the classical planetary system (before the discovery of Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto).
The visible planets — Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn — each rule two signs:
→ One masculine/yang (active)
→ One feminine/yin (receptive)
This balance reflects the dual nature of their energy and influence.
For example:
- Mars rules Aries (yang) and Scorpio (yin) → showing both assertive action and deep, strategic power.
- Mercury rules Gemini (yang) and Virgo (yin) → covering quick, social communication and methodical, detail-oriented thinking.
The Sun and Moon, however, each rule only one sign:
- The Sun → Leo (yang, radiant and expressive)
- The Moon → Cancer (yin, nurturing and receptive)
This is why you'll see two signs associated with some days — they represent the full spectrum of that planet’s energy in action and reflection.
How to Work With The Energy

Knowing which planet rules the day is like having a cosmic weather report.
Some days are made for bold moves. Others ask for reflection or connection.
When you align your tasks, plans, and even your mindset with the energy of the day, everything flows more smoothly. You stop fighting the current and start riding it.
If you need to know how to locate things in your birth chart, you can check out:

Here’s how to personalize it even further:
➡️ 1) Look at the Planet in Your Chart
Each planet has its own flavor in your birth chart based on:
- The sign it’s in → how that planet expresses itself for you
- The house it’s in → where that energy shows up in your life
By checking where the planet that rules the day lives in your chart, you can tailor the day’s themes even more personally. Try starting with your big 3 (Sun, Moon and Rising).
➡️ 2) Look at the Signs That Planet Rules
Each planet also rules certain zodiac signs, which will show up somewhere in your chart.
- Find the houses those signs occupy → this shows where in your life that day’s energy wants to play out.
- The Sun: is ruled by Leo ♌ . What house is ruled by Leo in your chart? Those themes are what type of energy might play out on a Sunday.

- If there are planets there too, they add even more flavor.
- You can apply the keywords of that planet to that day. For example, if Mars is in the same house as your Sun, Sundays will naturally be more active for you.
By combining both views — where the planet lives, and where its signs fall — you get a multi-dimensional map of how each day can best support you.
Confused? It can take a bit of exploration to understand how this all comes together. If you want to go deeper, I'll be teaching a workshop on this in the Authentic Business Club on June 17th.
